Oreo Oatmeal Cheeseless Cake
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 20g vanilla soy isolate
- 20g dark chocolate vegan blend
- 10g chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water for each layer (or almond milk)
- 50g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 2 oreos
Preparation
Gather two bowls to make the different layers.
For the first layer mix 30g oats with 20g of protein powder, 5g chia seeds, 1/2 cup water and the same for the following layer.
In a dome shaped bowl, place the first layer at the bottom and the following layer on top.
Place in the fridge overnight to firm.
Take out of the fridge the following morning, flip on to a plate, spread on some yogurt sweetened with a flavour drop, crush one Oreo and place an Oreo on top.
