Oreo Oatmeal Cheeslesscake

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 20g vanilla soy isolate
  • 20g dark chocolate vegan blend -
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water for each layer (alternatively your can use almond milk)
  • 50g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 2 oreos ⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Method: Gather two bowls to make the different layers

  2. For the first layer mix 30g oats with 20g of protein powder, 5g chia seeds, 1/2 cup water and the same for the following layer

  3. I’m a new dome shaped bowl, place the first layer at the bottom (the dark chocolate layer) and the following layer on top

  4. Place in the fridge overnight to firm

  5. Take out of the fridge the following morning, flip on to a plate, spread on some yogurt sweetened with a flavour drop, one crusher Oreo and an Oreo on top
