Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kay's Naturals original pretzels
  • 1/2 cup Kay's Naturals cinnamon toast pretzels
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp flour (use coconut or almond flour to keep them GF)
  • 1 bar chocolate

Preparation

  1. Start by crushing your pretzels using a food processor

  2. Add the crushed pretzels to a large bowl and save a few tablespoons to top the truffles

  3. Add the peanut butter, sugar, and flour to the bowl and mix it well

  4. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes so the mixture is easier to mold

  5. Add a few tablespoons of flour or more crushed pretzels if the mixture is still too runny

  6. Form the mixture into balls

  7. Melt your dark chocolate

  8. Dip each ball into the chocolate

  9. Top each chocolatey truffle with more crushed pretzels

  10. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and enjoy
