Easy Recipe for Refrigerator Pickled Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 Tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • Fresh dill
  • Mustard seeds
  • Peppercorns

Preparation

  1. Prepare veggies and add to clean glass jars with tight fitting lids

  2. Warm vinegar, water, salt and sugar until salt and sugar have completely dissolved, stirring well

  3. Pour over veggies and add herbs as desired

  4. Cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator
