Sausage and Not Ham Frittata

Ingredients

  • 6 x Lincolnshire sausages actifried then sliced
  • vegetarian ham slices chopped up
  • Spirelli pasta cooked
  • 9 x extra light cheese triangles added to the pan to make cheese sauce
  • vegetable stock pot
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Onion salt
  • White pepper
  • Spinach
  • 6 x beaten eggs

Preparation

  1. Oven cooked in a sorayed silicone loaf tin for 20 minutes at 200c

  2. Then topped with grated mozzarella

  3. Then baked for a further 9 minutes

  4. Delicious sliced and served cold but even nicer fried and served with chips
