Blueberry Lemon Nice Cream with Bananas
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- Splash of plant milk
- Small handful of frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops lemon cake flavored protein (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender or high-performance mixer until smooth.
Note that the protein is optional and can be omitted for a similar creamy consistency.
