Mocha Nice Cream with Bananas and Protein

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Splash of plant milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 scoops cappuccino-flavored vegan protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend two frozen bananas with a splash of plant milk or coconut milk.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon cacao powder and 2 scoops of vegan protein powder, then blend well.

  3. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

  4. If you don't have protein powder, add a shot of cold espresso and omit the plant milk.
