Mocha Nice Cream with Bananas and Protein
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- Splash of plant milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 scoops cappuccino-flavored vegan protein powder
Preparation
Blend two frozen bananas with a splash of plant milk or coconut milk.
Add 1 tablespoon cacao powder and 2 scoops of vegan protein powder, then blend well.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
If you don't have protein powder, add a shot of cold espresso and omit the plant milk.
