Chocolate Peanuts & Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 30 g of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • roasted peanuts
  • raisins
  • shredded coconut
  • oats
  • dark chocolate and seed butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favorite) with 150 ml filtered water (you can add less water if your yoghurt has a runnier consistency) and 30 g of chia seeds in a small container with a lid. I then put it in the fridge overnight, so that the chia seeds could soak up all the excess liquid. This morning I mixed it with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transferred it to a bowl. I then topped it with some roasted peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut, oats, dark chocolate and seed butter
