Chocolate Peanuts and Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 30 g of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • roasted peanuts
  • raisins
  • shredded coconut
  • oats
  • dark chocolate
  • seed butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favorite) with 150 ml filtered water (you can add less water if your yoghurt has a runnier consistency) and 30 g of chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Put it in the fridge overnight so that the chia seeds can soak up all the excess liquid.

  3. Mix it with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer it to a bowl.

  4. Top it with roasted peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut, oats, dark chocolate, and seed butter.
