Chocolate Peanuts and Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 30 g of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- roasted peanuts
- raisins
- shredded coconut
- oats
- dark chocolate
- seed butter
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favorite) with 150 ml filtered water (you can add less water if your yoghurt has a runnier consistency) and 30 g of chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Put it in the fridge overnight so that the chia seeds can soak up all the excess liquid.
Mix it with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer it to a bowl.
Top it with roasted peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut, oats, dark chocolate, and seed butter.
