Kiwi ? Spinach ?Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Makes 2 or 3 bowls
  • 2 1/2 frozen banana
  • 4 medium frozen kiwi (peel and chop it before you freeze it)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 cups spinach and 1 cup of fresh papaya
  • 1 (1-inch) chunk of fresh ginger root
  • peeled - optional - and one spoonful of green organic matcha powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  2. Add more ingredients as needed for desirable consistency

  3. Enjoy
