Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen courgette
  • Frozen cauli rice
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • Oat milk
  • Coconut water
  • 2 tsp milled flax

Toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds and cinnamon until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
