Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Frozen banana
- Frozen courgette
- Frozen cauli rice
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tsp matcha
- Oat milk
- Coconut water
- 2 tsp milled flax
Toppings
- Chia seeds
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except chia seeds and cinnamon until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
