Saturday Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Few chunks frozen mango
  • Courgette ends
  • 1 spoon milled flax
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • A few dates
  • Oat milk

Toppings

  • Peanut granola
  • Cherry bakewell almond butter
  • Frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
