Matcha Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches mint
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz matcha puree
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • 1.5-2oz simple syrup
  • Top with sparkling water
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1.5oz sake
  • 3 oz peach puree
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1.5-1oz simple syrup
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • Brewed blue butterfly tea to top

Preparation

  1. Muddle mint with gin and matcha. Add to cocktail shaker with lime juice, simple syrup and shake. Strain over ice and garnish with mint

  2. Add everything except sparkling water and butterfly tea to a cocktail shaker

  3. Shake well, then strain over ice

  4. Top with sparkling water, then slowly pour butterfly tea on top for color changing effect
