Delicious Strawberry Lemon Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 strawberry
- 1-2 basil leaves
- 1.5 oz reposado tequila or vodka
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 oz coconut water (optional)
- 1 oz sparkling water
Preparation
Sprinkle lemon zest and coconut on a plate.
Wet the rim of a glass with the wedge of a lemon and press glass onto zest and coconut to coat.
Muddle the strawberry and basil in the bottom of the glass.
Fill with ice.
Pour in reposado, lemon juice, coconut water, and sparkling water.
Stir to combine and garnish with a fresh strawberry and slice of lemon.
