Raspberry and Mint Ice Tea
Ingredients
- 1.5 liters of boiling water
- 5 black tea bags or green tea bags
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup loosely packed mint leaves
- 120 ml Raspberry and Mint Organic Syrup
- 400 ml sparkling water
Preparation
In a large, heat-proof jug combine boiling water, tea bags, raspberries and mint. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and strain tea through a wire mesh strainer.
Add the syrup and fill the rest of the jug with sparkling water.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Add lemon slices, fresh mint leaves and ice to serving glasses and pour the tea over the ice and lemon slices to serve.
