Minty Coconut Choc Nourishing Nicecream

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk (chilled for 10 mins)
  • 1 scoop of coconut cream
  • 1 cup meat of a young coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint oil or fresh mint leaves
  • spirulina for color

Preparation

  1. Blend away in the blender until nice n' creamy

  2. Pour it in an ice cube tray

  3. Freeze overnight or 6 hours

  4. Pop the cubes in your blender, blend away

  5. Scoop, and shred some raw vegan chocolate of your choice

  6. Enjoy
