Refreshing Vegan Iced Caramel Latte Drink
Ingredients
- 1 double espresso (left until cold)
- 1/3 cup plant milk to add to the coffee
- 2-3 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Optional coconut whipped cream and extra vegan caramel sauce for topping
Preparation
Add everything besides the coffee in a big cup and mix well.
Slowly add the cold double espresso and stir again.
Optionally add coconut whipped cream on top and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
