Vegan Iced Caramel Latte Drink
Ingredients
- 1 double espresso, cooled
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 2-3 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 ice cubes
- optional: coconut whipped cream
Preparation
Add all ingredients except the coffee to a big cup and mix well.
Slowly add the cooled double espresso.
Stir well again.
Optionally, top with coconut whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
