Vegan Iced Caramel Latte Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 double espresso, cooled
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 2-3 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • optional: coconut whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except the coffee to a big cup and mix well.

  2. Slowly add the cooled double espresso.

  3. Stir well again.

  4. Optionally, top with coconut whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
