Refreshing Watermelon Slush Cocktail
Ingredients
- 5 cups frozen watermelon, diced
- 2-4oz Empress 1908 gin
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2-3/4 cup water
- Mint for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Let watermelon chunks defrost for 10-15 minutes before blending.
Add watermelon, lime juice, gin, maple syrup, and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add water gradually to assure you get the texture you desire.
Serve in a glass and garnish with a slice of lime or mint. Enjoy!
