Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Yogurt Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (e.g., @traderjoes vanilla bean almond yogurt)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray or line a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.

  3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
