Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Yogurt Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup yogurt (e.g., @traderjoes vanilla bean almond yogurt)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cassava flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray or line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Stir in the dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
