Broccoli
Ingredients
- roast broccoli
- pine nuts
- tahini dressing
- garlic powder
Preparation
Roast broccoli in oil with seasoning (I used a bottle of amine flavour that I found in my mum’s cupboard!) - only takes about 10 mins for the broccoli to soften and get some charred edges
Then top with toasted pine nuts and tahini dressing (I mixed a tablespoon of tahini with salt, garlic powder and water to thin - it was delicious)
It looked so tasty and was polished off really quickly
