Charcoal Chia Pudding and Coconut Cream
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- whipped coconut cream
Preparation
I mixed 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal with distilled water and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to sweeten then soaked 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in the mixture for an hour in the fridge until it solidified then topped with whipped coconut cream
