Charcoal Chia Pudding and Coconut Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • whipped coconut cream

Preparation

  1. I mixed 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal with distilled water and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to sweeten then soaked 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in the mixture for an hour in the fridge until it solidified then topped with whipped coconut cream
