Cheesecake Muffins with Mandarins
Ingredients
- 200 g quark
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 medium egg
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (175 g) can mandarins, drained
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C convection).
Lightly rinse the silicone muffin cups with cold water and do not dry.
In a bowl, mix the quark and cream cheese together.
Add the egg, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract, and sugar and mix well.
Divide the batter into the muffin cups up to two-thirds full and top with mandarin pieces.
Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let the muffins cool completely.
Tips
These cheesecake muffins do not require a crust.
