Cheesy Bean Croissant

Ingredients

  • 1 Tesco Neville's croissant (7.5 syns)
  • Baked beans (pre-cooked)
  • 30g Pilgrim's Choice mature cheddar (hex A)
  • Chives
  • Sea salt
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Place the croissant in the oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Slice the croissant open and fill with the pre-cooked baked beans.

  4. Top the beans with 30g of grated Pilgrim's Choice mature cheddar.

  5. Place the filled croissant back in the oven for 4 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with chives, sea salt, and chilli flakes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
