Choc Chip Banana Bread Delight
Ingredients
Dry
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla - d/c "amb-han")
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Choc Chips
Wet
- 1 cup Almond Milk + 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 medium Bananas
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (except choc chips) and whisk together.
In another bowl, blend the wet ingredients until smooth. You can also mash the bananas with a fork.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Then, gently fold in the choc chips.
Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.
Once done, let it cool and enjoy!
Store in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
