Choc Chip Banana Bread Delight

Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla - d/c "amb-han")
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Choc Chips

Wet

  • 1 cup Almond Milk + 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (except choc chips) and whisk together.

  3. In another bowl, blend the wet ingredients until smooth. You can also mash the bananas with a fork.

  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Then, gently fold in the choc chips.

  5. Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.

  6. Once done, let it cool and enjoy!

  7. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
