Easy Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 block of tofu
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder

Preparation

  1. Lightly cover the pan with some fry light spray, oil of choice, or water.

  2. Crumble the tofu in the pan and combine it with the nutritional yeast and spices.

  3. Optional: Add spinach, kale, tomatoes, or sweet peppers for extra veggies.

  4. Let the tofu crisp up.

  5. Serve with your favorite accompaniments such as toast, roasted garlic baby potatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, or vegan sausages.
