Kiev Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • Naked Glory roast readybites
  • 300ml boiling water
  • 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Pinch of white pepper and tarragon
  • 2 tsp butter (or vegan butter)
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • 40g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
  • 10g mixed breadcrumbs (such as Sainsbury's golden and Paxo Southern Fried)

Preparation

  1. Parboil the lasagne sheets, if desired.

  2. In a saucepan, add boiling water and Laughing Cow cheese triangles. Stir until melted and bubbling.

  3. Mix cornflour with a little cold water to create a slurry, then add it to the saucepan.

  4. Add garlic powder, onion salt, chives, white pepper, tarragon, and butter to the saucepan. Stir well.

  5. Set aside a portion of the cheese sauce for the top layer and mix the Naked Glory roast readybites into the remaining sauce.

  6. In a small loaf tin, start layering with a base of Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup.

  7. Layer the lasagne sheets, alternating with the Naked Glory-infused cheese sauce.

  8. Finish with the remaining reserved cheese sauce on the top layer.

  9. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, then remove and sprinkle with grated mozzarella and mixed breadcrumbs.

  10. Return to the oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
