Kiev Lasagne with Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • Naked Glory roast readybites
  • 300ml boiling water
  • 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • 40g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella
  • 10g mixed breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Par-boil the lasagne sheets until fat and swollen.

  2. In a saucepan, combine 300ml boiling water and 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles, then stir until melted and bubbling.

  3. Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with a little cold water first, then add to the saucepan along with 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion salt, 1 tablespoon chives, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of tarragon, and 2 teaspoons butter.

  4. Set aside some of the cheese sauce for the top layer.

  5. Mix the Naked Glory roast readybites into the remaining sauce.

  6. Layer in a small loaf tin, starting with Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup, adding lasagne sheets and sauce, and finishing with the reserved cheese sauce.

  7. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.

  8. Top with 40g Sainsbury's grated mozzarella and 10g mixed breadcrumbs, then bake for another 6 to 8 minutes.
