Loaded Veg Nachos with Black Beans and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • Grated cheese (optional)
  • Pickled jalapenos
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1 red onion
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Preparation

  1. Cut the red paprika and red onion into small cubes.

  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and evenly distribute the black beans, tabasco sauce, feta cheese, grated cheese (if using), pickled jalapenos, diced red paprika, and diced red onion over the chips.

  3. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the nachos are heated through.

  4. Serve the loaded veg nachos with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on top.
