Oreo Oatmeal Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup/sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀

Preparation

  1. Cook oats with plant milk, flax meal and maple syrup until really thick

  2. Then blend it

  3. Add cocoa powder to the half of the porridge

  4. In a small bowl make layers

  5. Let it sit overnight

  6. The next day take your cheesecake out of the bowl and top with some plant yogurt, Oreos and a drizzle chocolate syrup

  7. Enjoy
