Pb Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • pb stir fry recipe:
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 pak choi
  • 1 yellow pepper -
  • sauce:
  • 1 dl peanut butter
  • 1 dl hot water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp siracha
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Chop the veggies and the tofu into cubes/smaller pieces

  2. Fry the tofu in a seperate pan in some coconut oil

  3. When the tofu is crispy, add them to the veggies and fry everything off until the veggies has gotten some colour

  4. Lower the heat and pour the pb sauce into the pan

  5. When everything is well coated in the sauce, the stir fry is done

  6. Serve with rice
