Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 1/4 cup of dried split peas
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of curry
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

How to steps

  1. Cook minced garlic and white onion with olive oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes

  2. Add chopped cauliflower and one cup of vegetable broth and cook for about 15 minutes until softened

  3. Add peas, bay leaves, spinach, 2 cups of vegetable broth, and seasonings and let simmer on medium-low for 40 minutes

  4. Remove bay leaves and add to food processor until thick and creamy
