Potato Wedges and Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Some oil
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 225C/435F.

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.

  3. Mix the potato wedges in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

  4. Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Blend 1 avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, salt, 1 clove of garlic, and the juice of half a lemon until smooth.

  6. Enjoy!
