Potato Wedges and Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Some oil
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- 1 avocado
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Chili flakes
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 225C/435F.
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Mix the potato wedges in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Blend 1 avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, salt, 1 clove of garlic, and the juice of half a lemon until smooth.
