Spicy Cashew Dressing Sweet Greens Copycat
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup packed chopped cilantro
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- Himalayan salt to taste
- 3-4 tbsp warm water (optional)
Preparation
Soak cashews for at least 4 hours and drain.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
If desired, add 3-4 tbsp of warm water to thin the dressing.
