Fab Four Cookbook
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashews, raw, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp turmeric, ground
Preparation
Drain and rinse cashews
Combine in high-speed blender with all other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
Serve warm or at room temperature
