Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews, raw, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric, ground

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse cashews

  2. Combine in high-speed blender with all other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy

  3. Serve warm or at room temperature
