Easy Homemade Blueberry Muffins for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of turbinado sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice milk
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  3. Add batter to desired muffin forms and bake for 25 to 30 minutes

  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes and garnish with sugar sprinkles and rolled oats
