Impromptu Granola Bars Made with Pantry Staples

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup bee free honee
  • Generous sprinkling vanilla powder and cinnamon
  • 3-4 cups rolled oats mixed with cornflakes

Preparation

  1. Blend the mixture.

  2. Stir the blended mixture into 3-4 cups rolled oats mixed with cornflakes.

  3. Spread onto a lined sheet pan.

  4. Bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes.

  5. This makes about 15 chewy bars; consider adding raisins for variation.
