Impromptu Granola Bars Made with Pantry Staples
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup bee free honee
- Generous sprinkling vanilla powder and cinnamon
- 3-4 cups rolled oats mixed with cornflakes
Preparation
Blend the mixture.
Stir the blended mixture into 3-4 cups rolled oats mixed with cornflakes.
Spread onto a lined sheet pan.
Bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes.
This makes about 15 chewy bars; consider adding raisins for variation.
