Simple Nutritious Gluten-Free Banana Teff Cookies
Ingredients
- 5 ripe burro bananas or 8-9 baby bananas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp agave or date syrup
- 2 cups teff flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sliced Brazil nuts
- Optional: some dried fruit
Preparation
Mash the bananas
Mix all ingredients together until you get a doughy texture
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes
