Nutella
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups roasted hazelnuts
- 30-45ml hazelnut milk
- lots of cacao powder
- 200 g dates
Preparation
Even though the hazelnuts are optional, they can really enhance the flavor and give you that Nutella vibe! Roast them in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes! Just blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt and a bit of vanilla extract with the other ingredients in a high speed blender until you get the consistency you desire
The more liquid or hazelnut milk you use the more liquid the texture will be! Also you can use the water from soaked dates instead of the milk as liquid! That's why you can either use soaked dates or unsoaked dates for this recipe
