Vegan Copycat Picnic Bars

Ingredients

  • 12 x Vanilla Wafers
  • 1/2 cup Caramel*
  • Rice Puffs
  • Peanuts
  • 75g Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix your desired amount of rice puffs and peanuts into the caramel until it reaches a thick consistency.

  2. Spread the caramel mixture onto the vanilla wafers. Place the wafers in the freezer to allow the caramel to set.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and coat the bars with it. Place the coated bars in the fridge to set the chocolate.
