Homemade Vegan Low FODMAP Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 0.5 tsp himalayan sea salt
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- 1.5 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until a thick, mayonnaise consistency is reached.
If you cannot tolerate apple cider vinegar, substitute with white vinegar.
Optionally, add nutritional yeast for a cheesier flavor if tolerated.
