Popcorn Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate (can use chocolate chips)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- handful popped popcorn
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- pinch of sea salt flakes
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and spread it onto a parchment paper, save about 0.5 tbsp for the final drizzle. Make the layer 3-5 mm thick.
Drizzle the peanut butter over.
Sprinkle the popcorn, pumpkin seeds and sea salt on.
Drizzle the rest of the chocolate over.
Let set in the fridge for about an hour.
