Popcorn Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate (can use chocolate chips)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • handful popped popcorn
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • pinch of sea salt flakes

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and spread it onto a parchment paper, save about 0.5 tbsp for the final drizzle. Make the layer 3-5 mm thick.

  2. Drizzle the peanut butter over.

  3. Sprinkle the popcorn, pumpkin seeds and sea salt on.

  4. Drizzle the rest of the chocolate over.

  5. Let set in the fridge for about an hour.
