Bagoji Protein Banabread

Ingredients

  • 90g chesnut flour
  • 30g (1 scoop) bagodji protein
  • 80g almond flour
  • 2 bananas + 1 to decorate
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 350ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate
  • 1 tbsp apple vinager

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°c

  2. Mix all the ingredients then pour the dough into a cake tin covered with parchment paper

  3. Arrange a banana cut in half lengthwise on the dough

  4. Cook for 50 minutes

  5. After 30 minutes of cooking cover with aluminum foil so that the banabread does not burn on the top

  6. Check the cooking and if necessary extend the time indicated

  7. Enjoy!
