Banana Oat Chocolate Jam Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 tbsp hot chocolate mix (eatsweetnature brand)
  • Raspberry jam

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

  3. Add the rolled oats, ground flax, and hot chocolate mix to the mashed banana.

  4. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.

  5. On a baking tray, form 3 cookie shapes using the mixture.

  6. Press down the centers of the cookies slightly to create an indentation.

  7. Spoon a small amount of raspberry jam into the center of each cookie.

  8. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-9 minutes.

  9. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes to set up.
