Banana Oat Chocolate Jam Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp hot chocolate mix (eatsweetnature brand)
- Raspberry jam
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the rolled oats, ground flax, and hot chocolate mix to the mashed banana.
Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
On a baking tray, form 3 cookie shapes using the mixture.
Press down the centers of the cookies slightly to create an indentation.
Spoon a small amount of raspberry jam into the center of each cookie.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-9 minutes.
Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes to set up.
