Bright and Vibrant Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pitaya (DRAGON FRUIT)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop VPA vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a powerful blender

  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth

  3. Pour into large bowls

  4. Add assorted toppings

  5. Eat immediately
