Brownie Batter Lava Oats (Single Serve)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike choc fondant)
  • 1 tbs Sweetener (@natvialiving)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2-3 squares Chocolate (@sweet_william_chocolate)

Preparation

  1. In a mug or ramekin, mix together oat flour, protein powder, sweetener, and almond milk until combined.

  2. Add a large square of chocolate to the top center and press down. Add extra chunks of chocolate on top.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute and then microwave for a final minute.
