Cappuccino Nice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup @califiafarms cold brew
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Chocolate chunks, for serving
Preparation
Add bananas, vanilla extract and cold brew to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
After a few minutes of blending, add the cocoa powder and blend until well incorporated, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-friendly airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid. Allow it to thaw for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
