Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- ~1/2 cup peanut butter cups
- chopped
Preparation
Mix together yogurt, pb and honey, then add in pb cups (saving some for the top, if desired); add liners to a muffin tin (silicone liners are best! you can get them for $8 off amazon); fill 10-12 muffin cups with mixture and sprinkle extra pb cup on top; freeze for 1-2 hours (not longer or ice crystals will form) and then enjoy or place in an airtight container in the freezer OR you can just refrigerate these (without freezing them at all) and eat them as little dessert yogurt cups (so good and less time to wait!)
