Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • approximately 1/2 cup peanut butter cups, chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey.

  2. Add in the chopped peanut butter cups, saving some for the top if desired.

  3. Add liners to a muffin tin; silicone liners are recommended and can be purchased for $8 on Amazon.

  4. Fill 10-12 muffin cups with the mixture and sprinkle the extra peanut butter cups on top.

  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours; do not freeze longer to avoid ice crystals forming.

  6. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

  7. Alternatively, refrigerate without freezing and eat as dessert yogurt cups.
