Creamy Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen Mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 3 frozen Cherries, pitted
  • ~1/4 cup Plant-based Milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or Nutribullet-style blender.

  2. Add the milk splash by splash to control the texture.

Tips

  1. Use a frozen banana to get that creamy texture.

  2. Defrost your frozen fruit for about 10 minutes before blending.

  3. Use only a splash of plant-based milk to start blending. Add small splashes as needed.

  4. Try to avoid raspberries or blackberries when blending because of the seeds. Add as toppings if you wish.

  5. Chill your bowl to keep it from melting.
