Kiwi and Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen kiwi
- 12 roasted cashews
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 10 tbsp plant-based milk
- Half frozen mango
- Half frozen banana
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients for the brown layer in a blender until a smooth paste is formed.
Pour the brown mixture into a bowl.
Blend the ingredients for the yellow layer until smooth and pour it into the same bowl to create a sun/moon shape using a spoon, paintbrush, or your hand.
