Kiwi and Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen kiwi
  • 12 roasted cashews
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 10 tbsp plant-based milk
  • Half frozen mango
  • Half frozen banana

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the brown layer in a blender until a smooth paste is formed.

  2. Pour the brown mixture into a bowl.

  3. Blend the ingredients for the yellow layer until smooth and pour it into the same bowl to create a sun/moon shape using a spoon, paintbrush, or your hand.
