Frozen Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Toppings
- Raw peanut butter pies
- Peanut butter fudge bites
- Peanut butter caramel (1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp agave syrup)
- Raspberry chia jam (50g raspberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp agave syrup)
- Roasted peanuts
Preparation
If making raspberry chia jam, heat 50g raspberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 tbsp agave syrup, then set aside for 15 minutes.
Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil.
Blend the frozen bananas with the peanut butter mixture on high speed until smooth.
Decorate with toppings of your choice.
